    Ja’el Feliciano is a seasoned executive with more than 15 years of specialized experience in administration, government contracting, procurement, business development, and program and project management. As the visionary Founder and President of SBA Solutions LLC, Ja’el has dedicated her career to empowering small businesses, especially those owned by women, veterans, and other disadvantaged groups, to successfully compete in the government marketplace.


    Her journey in the federal contracting space is backed by extensive hands-on experience in managing full-cycle bid and proposal efforts. In her previous roles as Bid Manager and Coordinator, she successfully led teams of Bid Coordinators and Pricing Analysts, overseeing complex proposal submissions from inception to award. She provided training, motivation, and strategic oversight to ensure that every submission was not only compliant and competitive, but also aligned with client objectives and government requirements.


    Ja’el's comprehensive expertise spans every phase of the procurement lifecycle—including opportunity identification, market research, feasibility assessments, risk mitigation, and pricing strategy—often working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as sales, legal, and technical departments. Her ability to interpret government solicitations and craft compelling proposals has resulted in numerous contract wins for her clients.


    In addition to her contracting experience, Ja’el has held executive administrative roles, notably supporting the COO of a major organization with operational planning, strategic initiatives, and project execution.
